New patients
What your first visit looks like
Plan on about an hour.
Step 1: Ask for a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a day that suits you and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your plan
If you have dental insurance, we look up your benefits and tell you what the plan says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Your health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there if you prefer them.
Step 4: Meet your dentist
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.
Step 5: Leave with a plan
For any treatment you get a written plan and estimate, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Do your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in
What should I bring?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Should I write medical details on this website?
No. The contact form asks for none. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you ask my old dentist for my records?
Yes. Give us the name and number of your previous practice and, with your written permission, we will request your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you.
